Shipping policy
We ship to select countries worldwide. All orders will be shipped using the standard-level shipping method available in your region. We do not offer expedited shipping. Delivery times will vary based on delivery location. Karma Games is not liable for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or unforeseen events. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships. Customers are responsible for Customs Duties to certain countries (listed below).

ASIA HUB SHIPPING
After ordering and packing, deliveries will be held and sent out to hubs on a monthly basis. This allows Customs and VAT free deliveries to these countries. Estimated delivery times to each hub are listed below. Local delivery times from each hub to the consumer varies with location.

The following hubs do not ship monthly. Shipments to these countries must meet minimum pallet requirements and could experience long waiting times before dispatch. Once released from the warehouse, estimated delivery times to these hubs are as follows:
