Shipping policy
We offer FLAT-RATE SHIPPING to all regions on orders over 1.5kg (1 regular game). Order multiple copies or multiple items, and your shipping cost will not increase.
We ship to select countries worldwide. All orders will be shipped using the standard-level shipping method available in your region. We do not offer expedited shipping. Delivery times will vary based on delivery location. Karma Games is not liable for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or unforeseen events. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships. Customers are responsible for Customs Duties to certain countries (listed below).

ASIA / OCEANIA HUB SHIPPING
After ordering and packing, deliveries will be held and sent out to hubs on a monthly basis. This allows Customs and VAT free deliveries to these countries. Estimated delivery times to each hub are listed below. Local delivery times from each hub to the consumer varies with location.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING RULES
Delivery Windows: Pre-order board games do not follow standard shipping timelines. They ship according to the specific date or month listed on their product page.
Checkout Transparency: Our system dynamically displays all available shipping options, transit times, and localized rates for your review before you pay.
Combined Shipping: If your cart contains both an in-stock game and a pre-order game, we will hold the entire order and ship everything together once the pre-order arrives. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Logistics Changes: If shipping schedules change, we will email you the updated timeline and clear directions on how to cancel your order if you do not want to wait.
